This documentary, a piece entitled “Children Full Of Life” takes place in a fourth grade class in Kanazawa, Japan. The teacher of these students, Kanamori Toshiro teaches his students to bond, and encourages them to write “notebook letters”. These letters are an insight to the mind of a 10 year-old child.
The letters are always very well done, and insightful, something that is telling of Kanamori-sensei’s teachings. I thought this wonderfully done documentary was far too touching to keep buried in the confines of YouTube!
Part 4/5 (I think this was the most touching, though the last part is, as well)

I love to share YouTube videos. I have shared quite a few, already. This is a little gem I ran across in my daily browsing. It’s quite good, for a commercial.
Here is the States, DirecTV really does have some pretty blah commercials. I mean some of them are good, especially the DVR ones, but, they haven’t made anything like this one.
This one features a number of movie villains/monsters all acting very peaceably. Apparent music doesn’t soothe the savage beast, Direct TV does!
The cast really is all-star. Freddy and Jason, as well–one of the greatest villains–Darth Vader are shown doing some very non villainous deeds! All set to the song “Silent Night”!!
I especially enjoy the part where Vader is blowing on a dried dandelion, to scatter the pips around! Watch, and enjoy:

I watched this video twice already. It was definitely one I had to share here. It’s a wonderful, stop-motion animation using still photos. This must have taken so much work and time! It turned out wonderfully! It’s entitled:
オオカミはブタを食べようと思った。Stop motion with wolf and pig
It really is one of the greatest things I have ever seen. In a long time. And I watch a lot of YouTube videos that are pretty good. This is pure ingenuity, here. And it tells a pretty cool story! Enjoy! I did…twice!!

I ran across this little…uhhhh…gem on BoingBoing this morning. I tried watching it, but, it’s pretty graphic. And it’s just a work safety video! I’d like to know which company used this gorefest to scare their workers straight? I know it would’ve kept me as safe as possible.
Now, I’ll be straight. I haven’t watched it all the way through. It seriously kept me squirming in my seat. I made it up to the part where…well…let’s just say that there is a guy with a nail sticking out of his face. It’s in his eye, and I’ll be damned if it didn’t look convincing. GAH!
So, without further ado, here it is: “Will You Be Here Tomorrow?”

I am not up on manga. It pains me to say that, as I enjoy the media form immensely. Apparently there was a manga released in the US entitled Apocalypse Meow. It’s a story based during the Vietnam war, but, the human characters are replaced with cute, fluffy animals.
The manga started it’s life in Japan with the title Cat Shit One–which I think is an infinitely better title. Better, say, than the bad movie-title knockoff it received when translated. Anyway, it appears that Cat Shit One is going to be made into a computer generated animated series.
What does this have to do with anything, you ask? Well, the trailer is up on YouTube and I just have to share it. It is that crazy and amazing (cramazing?) at the same time. I sat with my jaw well below where it should be, when I gave this the first watch. Have a look:

This video–a meeting between an alien from outerspace and his former abductee–was brilliant. I am all about sharing things I find funny, so here it is. I needed this pick-me-up after watching the season finale of “Doctor Who” (I don’t want to talk about it!!). So enjoy this one.
By the way, the internet is running at full capacity, again! I am happy, to say the least. I missed this blog, even if I only seem to post rarely.

This video was pretty funny. I don’t usually share YouTube videos, for some reason, but this one I had to share. The idea of it is ridiculuos and hilarious. Especially…well…just watch!
